Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC Announced

Last night majornelson tweeted out that Treyarch's very own Dan Bunting aka danskdansk would be announcing details on the upcoming DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Arriving in February 1st to Xbox Live, First Strike will contain 4 multiplayer maps and 1 Zombies map. Berlin Wall is set at Checkpoint Charlie, the well known crossing point between East and West Berlin. Discovery is a German research station in Antarctica, abandoned from World War II. Kowloon is inspired from the campaign and is a ray rooftop map. Last but not least is Stadium, an athletic complex/hockey rink set in Northeastern United States.

Dan Bunting was tight-lipped about the new Zombies map, Ascension. Definitely looking forward to this map what with the air of mystery surrounding it.

Remember, First Strike drops on February 1st for 1200 Microsoft Points.

I don't agree that it's fair but unfortunately, that is the way it is for this game.

Maps seem interesting. At least it's four new ones compared to three new and two repeats. Plus, we get a zombie map and those are always fun.

Hopefully I can win them off Twitter just like I did with the Resurgence. =)

Thanks for the info!
